Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of the order, you will be charged 11% as payment gateway and other charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same or different payment instrument. Once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Return, refund or exchange for products will not be offered. Orders once placed cannot be altered in order quantities, address, phone number or e-mail id. We are not liable in case the product does not suit you. Requests for exchange or refund will be subjected to an inspection and checking by us. To claim for leakage or damage during the delivery process, please send us an email with the product image and delivery label, within 6 hours of the delivery.

 

We shall take 2 - 5 business days to perform a quality check. If the product passes the quality check and is deemed to be in a physically damaged condition, we shall initiate the refund or exchange, whichever is preferred. Remember that the item will be considered for quality check only if it is received in physically damaged condition.
